Zampell Limited are seeking experienced Managers to join our team in two roles. Both positions offer an excellent package subject to experience and are permanent positions.
Zampell are a successful organisation involved in refractory maintenance, construction and engineering across the full spectrum of industries. It is a US family business established over 50 years ago and continues to grow internationally.

Contracts Manager
The role will involve running refractory maintenance and construction projects across the UK.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the successful completion of maintenance and new build projects. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of contracts, on time and to budget. Your duties will comprise all aspects of contracts management, including maintaining your customer accounts, estimating, inspections and reports, planning, resourcing, procurement and day to day QHSE matters on your jobs.

Technical & Commercial Manager
The role will be to help maintain existing customer relations, develop new business and provide support to the Contract
Management team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The successful candidate will have significant technical and commercial experience within the refractory industry. You will be responsible for maintaining existing and developing new customer relations, providing quality and innovative refractory solutions, producing estimates, submitting tenders for projects and helping develop the Zampell business.

Both positions require highly motivated individuals with proven experience in the refractory construction industry.
